We offer a service that would cost nearly as much as one of those pre-drawn house plans that if you want any changes, will cost you even more money. We work with the customer to give them exactly what they are wanting. We come from a background of actually having hands on experience actually building homes and we definitely understand what it cost for each phase of building a home. We also know how expensive a change order can cost a customer. This is why we work with the customer to give you a home you will be proud of, instead of one that you wish you had built differently. Whats Included With Our House Plan Set?
1. Cover Sheet
The cover sheet is an artistic rendering of the front of the house that will show you how the home will approximately look when built.
2. Foundation Plan
The Foundation Plan provides the builder/contractor with the measurements needed to locate load bearing walls and the necessary footings. It also includes sections of the foundation with notes and details.
3. Floor Plans
The Floor Plan shows the layout of each room in the house and the dimensions of each wall. Also, this page will have the pertinent information that tells you the size of each door and window in their appropriate schedules. These plans will also give suggested locations of plumbing fixtures. Also Elevations and Sections will be identified on this page and placed on the Cross Section page and the Interior Elevation page.
4. Elevation
The Elevation page(s) includes the front, rear, left, and right sides of the house. Measurements on ceiling height are given and the exterior details are also provided.
5. Roof Plan
The Roof Plan provides an aerial view of the roof and the pitches of each slope. It also shows the location of each ridge, hip, and valley that the roof may have.
6. Electrical Plan
The Electrical Plan will give a suggested layout of all Electrical fixtures and the location of switches and outlets.
7. Cross Section/Wall Detail
The Corss Section/Wall Detail page will show important changes in ceiling, roof slopes, and floor heights. It will also show the heights of each level in relation to the top of finish slab/floor.
